Your Holiday Exercise

Here is an exercise for this Holiday Season...I ask everyone to take time out to do this.

Who or what do you need to forgive the most? Yourself? Your parents? Your best friend? An Event from your Past?

Take a moment to identify this person or thing in your life and then spend about 10 minutes each day from now until the New Year, practicing forgiveness for this person or event.

If you don't know how to start, try this: surround the person, or event with blessings...see them or it wrapped up in all the beautiful light and love that you can generate. Literally surround them or it with this love and light...allow it to warm, encase, seep into and light with warm love and kindness from the inside out.

Sit with this feeling for as long as you can but at least 10 minutes each day...when you are finished, ask for whatever you believe Source or God to be to allow you to forgive this person or event in your life at this moment. Give thanks for at least three things that you can find in your life that you are grateful to have. Include yourself in this...Thank the Creator for the opportunity to offer forgiveness to this person or event and then ask to release the past.

See what happens by January 1, 2009...Be sure and share with all of us what you experience!

Blessings.
